Why is that though, if I may ask?

Early July a new expansion arrives which increase the cap to level 42(40 atm). With new content and a new death punishment. So after this patch you got a 10% chance that 1 of your item which you wear will become cursed, so lets say it got 100 armour and +50 Intelligence but when the item gets cursed it will become -100 Armour and -50 Intelligence. ATM on the russian version the only way you will be able to remove this curse is either by:

1. Buy a scroll which removes the curse
2. Wear some kind of protection that come in stack of 20(1 consumed after each death) This protection makes you unable to get the curse.

And the only way to get these items above is from Cash Shop, atm you can buy cash shop items from other players by either trading or from Auction House, but in Russia they removed this ability when this patch hitted their servers. So everyone have to pay real cash by them self.
I dont know if gpotato still will let Cash Shop items be tradable by players, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if it gets removed here too since gpotato cant control anything except bringing our suggestions to Astrum Nival, which btw dont give a crap about what you think, this have been proved serval times that they just ignore the players, they even added a poll in the game so the players could vote to remove ONE of 3 game breaking things.

1. Remove Fear of Death(the current death penalty, but they added cursed items exactly the same time as they removed this, without telling the players afaik)
2. Rebalance Wardens
3. Lower the Cash Shop prices on Incence(Incene makes you immune against Fear of Death)


In this patch, they will also nerf all characters with 250% and the only way to get you back to our old state is by buying Incence from the game(Cash Shop item) + They will add 3 weeks incence this patch too(See it as Premium on SRO) It will give you 50% dmg boost each patronage you got.

I cba explaining how patronage works but it is rather simple. Atm it just gives hp and mana/energy boost when you wear a incence(30min)

And we all know that gpotato sucks when it comes to microtransactions(25 bucks for a 39 slot bag or what it was) so dont be surprised if the 20 stack of those protections will be around 200gpotatoes and the 3 week incence 1500 gpotatoes or so.

Don't take HejsaN too serious, he's just had his share with the game. He's all negative about the new patch and although I'm starting to see why, he's still exaggerating a little.
You should definitely give Allods a try, you don't have to play it permanently. It's just fun to play, very casual-friendly and has a great storyline. You should at least see for yourself.

I'm not exaggerating a shit, you havent been long enough in this game, neither read up about all the shit going on in the Russian version so dont speak out when you dont know what you are trying to defend. Allods Online is just another one of mail.ru's lame project which they close down as soon they squeezed every bit of money out of it. Ask any Russian gamer and see what they feel about mail.ru, no one likes them and Astrum Nival must have IQ as a bellybutton since they merged with those greedy fucks, see them as Russian Joymax. I'm gonna enjoy the last days of Allods but as soon that patch hit the servers I will unistall the game and move on to another.

Absolutely no idea yet, I need something which I can waste some time until Forsaken World goes into closed beta, if I do not find anything I just gonna finish Assassins Creed 1 & 2 and maybe Dragon Age.

Yeah I agree, offline games are fun for a bit, but they can never fulfill my game cravings lol.

Heje is telling the truth, but its all speculations. There are also ways around it I"m sure, if you don't want to spend money on incence? just go do your daily incense quest, don't wanna do the daily incense quest? go do your daily bandage quest and use the money to buy a stack of incense. And imo Heje you're being a bit too negative about the game, I know Mail.ru had been a bunch of bucketheads and really gotta pull their heads out of their arses, however gopotato really worked hard to at least mitigate the damage mail.ru has done. So before the patch comes I wouldn't be too negative about it. Just know what is expected and see what comes next. Games are bound to subject to change, and I always believe there're way around things, so don't conclude too soon.

remember last time gpotato said they're gonna implement FoD effect even after rez, they end up not adding it, which was really nice.

edit: My Psi is 50% lvl 39 huhuhuhu, gonna be awesome when I get to 40 lolz

Daily incence quest gets removed after this patch and being replaced with a quest that gives 250 mirra, mirra prices will get 10x higher so 1k stack of mirra will cost 10g, I dont mind the game how it is now, I like it now and 90% of the players do, so why change it to something worse? We sure appreciated the no FoD upon ressurection by summoner/healer and the free /zone chat. But that will not make us forget how bad the upcoming patch will be.

haha sorry, I'm currently keeping my build a secret lol because its different, but if you need tips I can give you some lol. In terms of rubies you'll need rapid and discipline mind, loop of time, all those cookie cutter skills.

Edit: And you won't benefit from my build anyways, because everybody have their own playstyle and its really up to you how to play it.

This is a good cookie cutter build, the 2 mental shield rubies allows you to spam mental shield and run away incase you aggro too many mobs, r3 mental twin let you tank small elite bosses longer with it. I do'nt find spectral assassin too useful to give it a rank3 just to decrease the cooldown duration. r3 shockwave is a must for any psi, you'll need to use it for long casting of mental link. Mental clensing is actually very useful for removing Dots and such also allowing you to not rely on bandaids, I have it on rank3 but depending on your play style you might just want rank 1 for it. Superficial trance is mega useful for any situation just to recover mana. Of course a lot of the rubies and talents are really debatable, for example a lot of people will choose not to get mental shield and invest in Spectral assassin instead, some people might get rank2-3 mental link for the extra conviction. I really don't know what to give you other than telling you to go to the forums and read up on a few builds, because as I mentioned before its about your play style, tha'ts y there's really no perfect build, because everybody will always somewhat disagree.

If you're starting out, start off by getting Rapid, then move on to disciplined mind, eventually loop of time, then fill in the rest. That way you can grind faster, you can always restat at lvl 40 with a WoD

Edit: This is what all psi must have imo, its the bread and butter things you need to have in order to survive

Guess what I hate most of all? Guild members that ninja loot you on a pair of 1 handed maces which I need way more as a tank than someone who is Paired First specced. >_<

In that case I would kick the guild member lol, ninja looting in a guild environment is pretty gay. Guild mates are meant to help each other not ninja looting fun.

Just Cash Shop or from players who have bought it and have putted it in AH :P Still got my doubts about playing after this patch. Thinking of spending my time on Jade Dynasty instead after the 7th July. Dont think it's worth spending any more rl cash when I will jump to Forsaken World as soon it comes in CB(Winter 2010 or 2011:( )

I would suggest like actually staying for a bit before moving on, see how the patch is like first. Anyways, since the Psi future outlook is so grim and not so cc'ish, I've decided to start yet another character: a warden :D trying a super secret build, constructed from scratch :D hopefully it'll work XD Go Synergy!

hopefully it'll be my 3rd lvl 40 character under my disposal lol. And no I don't like playing 12345 warriors. with this, now I feel like an addict :( but leveling is fast when you have guildmates to help you get bosses, it saves a lot of time finding groups.

Anybody know how can I auto follow someone? like sro?

Yeah, I will stay and check the patch out, but I dont expect a nice outcome, it doesnt seem as bad as I thought, but still bad enough to not see a future of the game. And /follow worked in Closed Beta but when OB released it stopped working for some reason..
