I found this thing within the first 3 hours of playing and have no idea what to do.

i suggest you to keep that weapon ;] as for now.. the prices will be very low for that kind of weapon cuz people wont have that much money at the first days to pay around 1mill for the sos weapon =D

1M is very low for a lvl16 sos EUROPE weap...
