wow I think that is the best news I've heard all day considering I bought it for 1 mil. Would it be in my best interest to try and make it +1 or +2?

imo not. you been lucky today, dont spoil it

prices will go up at +3 most of the time. thats what ppl look at. +1 and +2
is less interesting. id just call it a day and resell it
