This quest is helpful for people who just started on a for them unknown server.
You're a low level newby character and you've gotta complete the 'autoshare party' quest from Specialty Trader Tina from Constantinople.
Follow the image, success guaranteed.
Step 1: Form a party with a text similar to my image (keep it a bit realistic)
Step 2: Players will most likely PM you first instead of joining the pary you created. Force them to join 
Step 3: Once a player joined your party, complete your quest.
Step 4: You may now bannish the player or whisper sexy sentences through the PM system (just what you prefer)
