is there a guide that lets you see what not only the skills that euro have but how much they increase per level

basically i want to know...the percentages on the cleric speed buff ad at what levels you get them

at lv10 u get 20% Lv1 Moving March
at lv20 u get 30% Lv2 Moving March
at lv30 u get 40% Lv3 Moving March
at lv40 u get 50% Lv4 Moving March
at lv50 u get 60% Lv5 Moving March
at lv60 u get 70% Lv6 Moving March
at lv70 u get 80% Lv1 Swing March
and btw clerics dont get the speed skill, its bard
and yes it is still avtice when u switch weapons
lv80 is unknown% lv2 Swing March

at lvl 80 swing march is lvl 2 and u ran at 90% speed increase...and its not cleric that gets the speed buff....its bard(harp)
