This may have been done before but I'm sick of seeing n00bs who dont know how to party efficiently and thus everybody lvl very slowly.

To make a good party, start by making an EXP and ITEM AUTO SHARE!!! so many n00bs use EXP share and ITEM distubution which sucks for low damagers (faith clerics or bards). Next add your party to the party match system but write the monsters you want to hunt, builds you need, and set a minumn lvl so you won't end up as a free powerlvl party for n00bs

Each build's job

Warrior (1-h, 2-h, axe):
1. TANK every mob and at lvl30 you get a "ghost walk" which is very useful if a mob is about to attack an INT player in your party.
2. ALWAYS use taunt!!! I can't belive how many times noob warriors don't use this skill :x
-This makes mobs only attack you and NOT the other party members who are INT.
-If another party members does more damage than you on a mob, the mob attacks the wizard instead :x NO WIZARD = SLOW LVLING .
-Also untaunted and unattacked mobs attacks clerics and bards NO CLERICS/BARDS = NO LVLING

Rogue (crossbow):
1. Lure far away mobs to your party's location and warriors can just taunt the mob to attack them

Rogue (daggers):
1. Use poison and other cool rogue skills to do as much damage as possible 8) (you can subsitute for a wizard since you have high criticals and pure STR)

Wizards (staff):
1. Cast the most powerful single target nuke you have if there's only 1 mob or only 1 taunted mob.
2. If the warriors taunted alot of mobs together, use your AOE attacks (earth shock and snow wind)
3. Never be the first to attack a mob since you have low hp and use the life control skill which lowers your hp by another 50%

Warlocks (rod/shield):
1. Cast all status effects on high hp mobs and they suffer very fast damage 8)

Bards (harp):
1. Cast all the possible buffs for the party
2. If there's another bard in your party (there should be), 1 of you cast defencive buffs and the other cast damage increase buffs
3. Use mana cycle/mana wind based skills on yourself and other INT members to heal MP

Cleric (rod/shield)(faith):
1. Always target to heal the warriors
2. If other players need HP, cast group heal
3. If it seems like your party is doomed cause of too may mobs, SAVE YOURSELF AT ALL COSTS since you can res and later group res the entire party :D

Cleric (rod/shield)(charity):
1. Buff STR on STR members in party
2. Buff INT on INT members in party
3. Attack with your holy spells (967% damage FTW 8) )

How to find a good party

First, let's see the overall population...

I heard a server at "Crowded" has about 5000 people (unconfirmed) so I estimate there should be 2500 euro you can party with.

2500 euro:
-lvl1-10 (problobly 5%)
-lvl11-20 (probobly 20%)
-lvl21-30 (problobly 20%)
-lvl31-40 (problobly 30%)
-lvl41-50 (problobly 10%)
-lvl51-60 (problobly 5%)
-lvl61-70 (problobly 3%)
-lvl71-80 (problobly 2% or less)

This is just how I see my server and most likely not accuate and can change over time. But as you can see most people are under lvl40 (75%)
so this means you can easily find a party before lvl40 but after there's only 20% of the population of euro to party with :( This suggests that you should make lots of friends and join a good guild with ACTIVE members and union so you can always find a good party to train with. NEVER annoy people if you plan to play until lvl80 since some of them might also go to lvl80 but refuse to party with you :( Partying with 7 other chinese at lvl80 is really bad since nobody trains force tree to res you and they don't have taunt nor party buffs so trainning is very inefficient :(

Well this is the end of my first guide and I hope in the future I will see less n00b partys around :)

Also, I'm very sorry about my bad grammer and spelling cause I did this in a hurry

i am guessing ghost walk is that charge skill. The skill where if you click a mob and use the skill, your character will dash forward and slam into the target, with a chance of stun. I used it with my duel axe warrior...was quite effective.

i have no idea why barly any warriors use taunt :x it's the only thing they are good for in a party or else we just use rogues to tank with pure str and higher dmg than a warrior

Thing is, most warriors are incompetent idiots. Just doing turn rising and no taunts :x

mmmm,
good guild but need some edit ..

Listen , you need to know that If someone in the party attack a monster all other nearby monsters come to attack him too ..

that's mean if a warrior attack a monster with taunt all mobs will go after him like they are taunted too .. that's make good work ...

For wizards who can 1 hit kill they are allowed to attack monsters alone as if the mob die in 1 hit he will not go after you and all other mobs will not do anything till wizrd don't use AOE skills...

And about clerics .. make sure you have 2 clerics in the party to have buffs foe ALL people .. cleric STR & INT buffs have only 4 links .. and don't say : " give str to str builds and int to int builds" ... INT builds need str too to increase HP and phy def to make them survive if anything goes wrong .. and oh .. if there is one cleric he can't buff himself str and int .. so when you have 2 clerics they can easily buff each other and make sure that all people have buffs .. and off course it's too important to find some one can res the cleric if he dies ..

Now about the rouge .. I mean crossbowers here as I play a crossbow charecter and I love it to much ...
you said only : " Lure far away mobs " .. and ignored the real work that can crossbow do ...
First we need to know that there is a buff called " crossbow extreme " with +75% phy attack and - 50% Ho & - 40 phy def .. this buff works great in parties (also in solo) have a rouge and let him buff his X-bow and enjoy 1 hit kill all general mobs from great distance .. the X-bow do more damge than wizard without life control !!!!!! he is a heavy damger will help you a lot with high HP mobs like gaint party ... and don't forget that crossbow can hit the mobs that a warrior KD them on the ground (after lvl 40 he can KD them too ) whitch mean more damge while all int charecters can't do damge on KD mobs and Kd is the main skill a warrior use at battle..

and oh lol ... In a day when play solo , I ks gaint party from a complet party .. I let they tank him and did the more damge .. my total damge was more than a total party damge with wizards and all other types ( i was +3 lvls only ) and when I get the loot alone they become mad ... xD
also crossbow play very imprtant tactical role in the party .. hw is the protector of all int charecters ... when you fight a big mobs or great numbers .. and a mob spwan near cleric or wizard don't ask warrior to taunt him of phantom walk to him ... before you type : " Help" you will find the mob dead with a sniper hit ... the rouge can protect far range people easliy ..

I have other advices about succesive parties but that's enough for today ..

well i think its better to cast bless spell, and continue the fite, it its still a lost fite after bless spel save yourself
