This may have been done before but I'm sick of seeing n00bs who dont know how to party efficiently and thus everybody lvl very slowly.
To make a good party, start by making an EXP and ITEM AUTO SHARE!!! so many n00bs use EXP share and ITEM distubution which sucks for low damagers (faith clerics or bards). Next add your party to the party match system but write the monsters you want to hunt, builds you need, and set a minumn lvl so you won't end up as a free powerlvl party for n00bs
Each build's job
Warrior (1-h, 2-h, axe):
1.
TANK every mob and at lvl30 you get a "ghost walk" which is very useful if a mob is about to attack an INT player in your party.
2.
ALWAYS use taunt!!! I can't belive how many times noob warriors don't use this skill
-This makes mobs only attack you and NOT the other party members who are INT.
-If another party members does more damage than you on a mob, the mob attacks the wizard instead

NO WIZARD = SLOW LVLING .
-Also untaunted and unattacked mobs attacks clerics and bards NO CLERICS/BARDS = NO LVLING
Rogue (crossbow):
1. Lure far away mobs to your party's location and warriors can just taunt the mob to attack them
Rogue (daggers):
1. Use poison and other cool rogue skills to do as much damage as possible

(you can subsitute for a wizard since you have high criticals and pure STR)
Wizards (staff):
1. Cast the most powerful single target nuke you have if there's only 1 mob or only 1 taunted mob.
2. If the warriors taunted alot of mobs together, use your AOE attacks (earth shock and snow wind)
3. Never be the first to attack a mob since you have low hp and use the life control skill which lowers your hp by another 50%
Warlocks (rod/shield):
1. Cast all status effects on high hp mobs and they suffer very fast damage
Bards (harp):
1. Cast all the possible buffs for the party
2. If there's another bard in your party (there should be), 1 of you cast defencive buffs and the other cast damage increase buffs
3. Use mana cycle/mana wind based skills on yourself and other INT members to heal MP
Cleric (rod/shield)(faith):
1. Always target to heal the warriors
2. If other players need HP, cast group heal
3. If it seems like your party is doomed cause of too may mobs, SAVE YOURSELF AT ALL COSTS since you can res and later group res the entire party
Cleric (rod/shield)(charity):
1. Buff STR on STR members in party
2. Buff INT on INT members in party
3. Attack with your holy spells (967% damage FTW

)
How to find a good party
First, let's see the overall population...
I heard a server at "Crowded" has about 5000 people (unconfirmed) so I estimate there should be 2500 euro you can party with.
2500 euro:
-lvl1-10 (problobly 5%)
-lvl11-20 (probobly 20%)
-lvl21-30 (problobly 20%)
-lvl31-40 (problobly 30%)
-lvl41-50 (problobly 10%)
-lvl51-60 (problobly 5%)
-lvl61-70 (problobly 3%)
-lvl71-80 (problobly 2% or less)
This is just how I see my server and most likely not accuate and can change over time. But as you can see most people are under lvl40 (75%)
so this means you can easily find a party before lvl40 but after there's only 20% of the population of euro to party with

This suggests that you should make lots of friends and join a good guild with ACTIVE members and union so you can always find a good party to train with. NEVER annoy people if you plan to play until lvl80 since some of them might also go to lvl80 but refuse to party with you

Partying with 7 other chinese at lvl80 is really bad since nobody trains force tree to res you and they don't have taunt nor party buffs so trainning is very inefficient
Well this is the end of my first guide and I hope in the future I will see less n00b partys around
Also, I'm very sorry about my bad grammer and spelling cause I did this in a hurry
