100% exp boost and 60% boost items?

ok i was on troy and when i made a new char, i started with 2 items. one was a orange hand that said 100% exp, and the other said 60% exp boost for 3 hours a day for 24 hours total. now i switched over to athens..and i made yet another charater. but he didnt have those 2 items. none of my friends ever started with them. is it a fluke? is it by chance that you start with them? or is it just on troy?

othe rpeople have gotten them too. but maybe they set a limit to only give them to one new character per account. makes sense to me, in an odd sort of way

not really was a bug that did give those items when they shouldm't however if you already have a created character he still have then i think i don't have check today after the down time

I have these in my inventory but I've been too afraid to use them cause I don't know if they will screw up my SP farming (I'll be getting double XP but only normal SP.) Will they screw up SP farming?
