this is one string from the ice rain thing...
what do i need to change to get it to fire balls? which part.

Swear I answered this question not to long ago..maybe I didn't hit submit :S
So anyway, take each of the 'shots' from the cold nuke and copy/paste them over the 'shots' from the fire nuke. Then change each of the .efp files to whichever you like, in this case the ones from the fire nuke. The first being the actual fireball, the second being the hit animation. The integers highlighted are x,y,z based and determine where the nuke comes from and where it goes.
^ All that's based on memory...Although I've done it myself so I'm not bullshitting you
