Level 1 - Beginner Quest


NPC General SONHEYONnear the west gate
Step 1: Visit JANGBUIN the protector merchant/go back talk to SONHEYON
Step 2: Visit JINJIN owner of the general shop, equip what she give you, then talk to her again/go back talk to SONHEYON
Step 3: Visit YANGIKJI the herbalist shop owner/buy a hp herb from him/go back talk to SONHEYON
Step 4: Kill 30 Mangyangs/go back talk to SONHEYON

Level 3 - Weapon Dealer
NPC Blacksmith CHEOLHYEON
Step 1: Talk to JINGYEONhe guard the south gate
Step 2: Go back and talk to CHEOLHYEON
Reward:
225 exp, 205 golds

Level 3 - Lost Child
NPC Village Chiefhe in the rich village north entrance
Step 1: Kill Small-Eye/Big-Eye monsters, once it drop Child Shoes go back and give it to the Village Chief.
Reward:
375 exp, 475 golds

Level 3 - Kill Weasels
NPC IYANGhe guard the east gate
Step 1: Kill 40 Old Weasel/Weasel, there a lot of them outside of east gate, return to him once you complete.
Reward:
1,900 exp, 1,000 gold

Level 5 - Yangikji Anxiety
NPC YANGIKJI herbalist shop owner
Step 1: Kill 50 Water ghost/water ghost slaves, they are a little north of west gate, return to YANGIKJI once you complete.
Reward:
3,800 exp, hp recovery

Level 6 - Water ghost poison *Complete "Yangikji Anxiety" to unlock*
NPC YANGIKJI herbalist shop owner
Step 1: Kill water ghost or water ghost slaves to obtain the poison, return to YANGIKJI once you get 20 of it.
Reward:
6,600 exp, 4000 sp, mp recovery

Level 7 - Sweeping Stone Ghost
NPC SANGGWANNAMhe guard the east gate
Step 1: Kill 40 Stone ghost/broken stone ghost. You can find them at Chins Tomb or Tomb. Return to him once you complete.
Reward:
4,500 exp, 2,000 gold

Level 7 - Clear Biseokgwi
NPC JEONGHYEhe in the court of Jaeun Temple
Step 1: Collects all the stone piecescheck quest log for update. Return to JEONGHYE for rewards.
Reward:
10,500 exp, 3,800 gold and a Lvl10 horse scroll.

Level 8 - Tree Spirit
NPC MYOSORYEONGexcorist house
Step 1: Kill Decayed Yeoha/Yeoha, they drop Yeoha Black Blood, get 30 of those and return to MYOSORYEONG for reward.
Reward:
A Lvl-10 weapon of your class

Level 9 - Adventurers Stone
NPC Flora the Specilities Shop
Step 1: Kill Stone Ghost to obtain Adventurers Stone collect 20 and return to Flora for reward.
Reward:
5,000 exp, 3,500 gold, 1 Adventure Shift Scroll
Note: If you still have Sweeping Stone Ghost quest, Stone Ghost wont drop Adventurers Stone until you finish

Level 10 - Purification Ground
NPC MYOSORYEONGexcorist house
Step 1: Deliver the Yeoha Black Blood to Indian Buddhist Monk KUSHYAN.
Step 2: Go back talk to MYOSORYEONG and recieve your reward.
Reward:
12,700 exp, 4,500 sp and 4,000 gold

Level 10 - Sweeping Bandit Archer
NPC JUHO
Step 1: Kill 50 Bandit Archer and return to JUHO for reward
Reward:
9,500 exp, MP recovery

Level 11 - Bandit Operation Map (finish Sweeping Bandit Archer unlock)
NPC JUHO
Step 1: Kill Bandit Archer, they drop Operation Map pieces, get 20 of those and return to JUHO for your reward
Reward:
28,200 exp, 5,500 sp, HP recovery potions

Level 13 - Sweeping Bandit (complete Sweeping Bandit Archer to unlock)
NPC Guild Master
Step 1: Kill 50 Bandits/Bandit subordinates to complete the quest.
Reward:
14,500 exp, HP recovery potions

Level 13 - Tiger Grinding Tooth
NPC JODAESANspecilities shop
Step 1: Hunter Tiger, they drop Molar Teeth collect 10 of those and return to JODAESAN for reward.
Reward
15,300 exp, 5,000 sp and 4,000 gold

Level 13 - Tiger Hunting Competition (you can do this quest 3 times)
NPC General SONHEYON
First time: Kill 1 Tiger champion, 20 Tigers and 20 Young Tigers. Once you complete, go back and get your reward.
Second time: Kill 3 Tigers champion, 30 Tigers and 30 Young Tigers. Once you complete, go back and get your reward.
Third time: Kill 5 Tigers champion, 40 Tigers and 40 Young Tigers.
Reward:
Total 33,000 exp, 9,550 exp, 3,600 gold, 1 Tiger Volient Scroll and HP recovery potions.
NOTE: The second and third time you will NOT recieve ANY confirmation on your progress. Just keep killing each one for an hour, then check your quest tab to see if it's finished.

Level 15 - Cheolhyeon Anger
NPC CHEOLHYEON the blacksmith
Step 1: Kill 200 Bandit Bowman, return to him once you complete.
Reward:
26,500 exp, 10,000 sp and 1 transexual item transform
Note: God I hate this quest. Just sit in the western part of the Bandit camp and shoot archers with your bow. Good SP farming if that's what your doing.

Level 16 - Hunting white tiger.
Recived at Stable keeper of Jangan
Hunt 40 white tigers
Reward: 12.500 xp and 4300 gold

Level 16 - Stolen Sword
NPC GWAKIHunter Guild
Step 1: Go to Bijeokodan Mountain Stronghold and kill Bandit, the Stolen Sword may drop on your first bandit or it may take you forever to get, so be patient. Took me 2 hours.
Reward:
18,800 exp, 5,000 gold and 3,600 sp

Level 17 - Herb Delivery
NPC YANGIJKIherbalist shop
Step 1: You have to travel to the Chinese West Ferry. Give it to the NPC there. Return to the herbalist for your reward.
Reward:
14,400 experience, 3,600 skill experience and 3,800 GP

For the Yangijki Request
The moronic old man forgot to give you some stuff. Do it all over again, but go to the Eastern Ferry as well as the Western one.
Step 1: Travel to the East Ferry. Then...
Step 2: Travel to the West Ferry, then make a bolt to town before the White, black, and the occasional regular tiger kills you.
Reward
18,000 experience, 4,500 skill experience and 125 Small Mana potions


Level 17 - Yangijki Request (Complete Herb Delivery to unlock)
NPC YANGIJKI
Step 1: Open your quest log, click on the title, open world map, go to the yellow dot on the world map. Then return to YANGIJKI for reward.
Reward:
*Let me know* Will do this quest today. I'll add if no one knows it.

Level 17 - Black Tiger Talon (Complete Adventure Stone to unlock)
NPC Flora
Step 1: Hunt Black Tigers, they drop Black Tiger Claw. Return to Flora once you get 60 of those.
Reward:
60,000 exp, 15,000 sp and 15,700 gold

Level 18 - White Tiger Skin (3 times repeatable)
NPC JODAESAN
First Time: Hunt White Tigers, they drop White Tiger Skins, collect 100 of those and return to JODAESAN for reward
Second Time: Same as above
Third time: Now get 200 White Tiger Skin.
Reward:
Total 169,200exp, 20,000 sp, 10,900 gold, and 1 Tiger Strength scroll = 20 dmg aborstion for 1 hour

Level 19 - Folk Remedy
NPC CHAU Western Ferryman.
Step 1: Kill Chakji/Chakji Workers until you recieve 100 Chakji eyes and return to CHAU.
Reward:
112,000 exp, 28,500 gold, 25,000 sp

Level 19 - Ghost Bug Eggs

NPC Doctor BORI of Donwhang
Step 1 Kill Ghost bug/Devil bug for their Bug Eggs, collect 10 of those and return to BORI for reward.
Reward:
14,800 exp, 3,800 gold

Level 20 - Chakji Hunting
NPC HAGEUKSeoyeok ferryman western
Step 1 Kill 600 Chajki/Chajki Worker to complete.
Reward:
141,000 exp, 30,000 sp and 1 reverse return scroll.
NOTE: I despise this quest. Make sure you keep your weapon in good repair.

Level 21 - Hyungno’s Revengeful Spirit

any one doing this quest? i'm sort of stuckk and dunno where to go. i close one eye in reading the quest window, i juz clicked next and yes and accept. and cant find much information about it. If you know please give me the step by step guidance thanks in advance

Level 35 - Asa’s Grumble
NPC Salmaitarim ferry
Step 1: Run to Salmaitarim ferry and talk to Leeguk to receive Asas flute

Go to the southernmost ferryman on the Donwhang side of the Donwhang/Hotan ferries. He will give you a flute.

Take the flute to Asa, a lottery ticket seller in Jangan (who can be found in the secluded area behind the trader NPCs). Asa will give you a quest to collect ingredients for European Liquors.

Before you leave, visit Jangan's Herbalist to receive the second part of this quest, which is to collect Chinese Liquors.

All in all, your main task is to collect 100 of each of the following:

(European)
Eyebrows of Earth Magician
Blood Death Flower's leaves
Legs of Red Scorpion

(Chinese)
Hyeongcheon powders
Ong's feelers
Legs of Small Red Scorpion


...And once I actually DO that, I'll be back to explain the rest of the quest.

There is no Level 14 Quest where you hunt 40 white tigers.

I'm back.

My previous post contained a lot of mis-information I'd like to correct, so I will re-post the entire quest here with correct names and details. At the time I didn't have all of the information at hand, and couldn't remember who was giving which parts of the quest.


So, from the top:

Go to the southernmost ferryman, Asa, on the Donwhang side of the Donwhang/Hotan ferries. He will give you a flute.

Take the flute to Wangwon, a lottery ticket seller in Jangan (who can be found in the secluded area behind the trader NPCs). After speaking with him, pick up a quest at the Herbalist to collect liquor ingredients, and then visit Adventurer Flora (by the Trader NPCs) to pick up another ingredient-gathering quest.

All in all, your main task is to collect 100 of each of the following:

(European)
Eyebrows of Earth Magician
Blood Death Flower's leaves
Legs of Red Scorpion

(Chinese)
Hyeongcheon powders
Ong's feelers
Legs of Small Red Scorpion

Once you've completed this, head back to Jangan and finish Flora and the Herbalist's quests. You should now have 6 types of wine in your inventory; 3 of each. Go back to Wangwon and talk to him. He'll ask you to steal an account book from Huhoan, the Gambling House guard, and to do this you must go speak to him and try to get him drunk before asking about the book.

This part is important, and confusing, so listen carefully. Talk to Huhoan and get to the part of conversation where you have a list of wines to give to him. Your aim here is to give him random selections of wine untill he starts demanding wine from you and threatening you about it. ONLY THEN, should you ask about the book. If his conversation turns into "0", he still isn't drunk, so just carry on feeding him wines. Eventually he -will- threaten you to give him more. This is the key, the trigger for you to choose the book option. But don't choose it before that happens.

Keep in mind the number of wines you have remaining after each part of the conversation; try not to run out of a particular type. Just keep going, talking to him again if the conversation ends wrongly, and eventually you'll be able to ask him about the book safely. If you run out of all wines, don't worry. You won't have to collect all those items again. There are two outcomes now to this part of the quest, and they depend on whether you still have that flute or not. If you do have the flute, you will exchange it for the account book. This is the preferred outcome. However, if you have lost the flute, or accidentally sold it, you'll need to pay him 50,000 gold in order to get the book. So please, keep a hold of that flute if you don't want to waste 50k cash.

With the book in your possession, go talk to Huhoan the lottery ticket seller again to complete this huge quest. Enjoy your reward- some decent XP, lots of gold, and a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge pile of SP! (I received over 400sp in total)

First time: Get 100 Earth Taoist/Magician rarity charms.
Second time: Get 100 Earth Taoist/Magician rarity charms.
Third time: Get 200 Earth Taoist/Magician rarity charms.
Note: When you kill Earth Taoist/Earth Magician, they drop doctor charm. Right click on them until you only have the amount of rarity charms to complete the amount needed.
Reward: 1st and 2nd time : 169k exp, 20k sp
3rd time : 337k exp, 40k sp and a scroll for +20% mag/phy dmg


also at lvl 32 the in-game notice for quests contained 3 quests, 2 are here in this guide, the 3rd is "?????????? ??? ????????? ??? " lol ? i have "visited" all NPCs from donwhang but noone has the scroll above his/her head.

As pointed out by a couple of other people, the level 14 quest listed here is given at level 16. All the details are correct in terms of where to get the quest, number of white tigers to be killed and the rewards, it's only the level it is made available that needs to be changed

When I do the lvl 13 Tiger Hunting Competition the second time it just shows zeros in the quest log and doesnt mark or say anything when I kill tigers. Anyone know whats going on?

Just keep grinding the tigers until it says that you must go back and report to General Sonhyeon.

for this one, the reward is wrong. the first two times it gives you 42,300/10,000/10,900 each, and the third part gives 84,600/20,000 and the scroll. so the total should be double what you have for exp and skill exp.

I think you need to complete these quests first. There's a third bandit-related quest, but I don't think it's a prerequisite. I could be wrong.

Level 10 - Sweeping Bandit Archer
Level 11 - Bandit Operation Map (finish Sweeping Bandit Archer unlock)

UPDATE!!!

The Tiger Competition quest now shows your progress as of the 1.024 version. Just thought you guys should know. Although the text for the Mission is still the number 0 for the second and third time you do the quest. But at least now when you kill stuff it tells you how many you did and when you are done. You can also track it in the quest log by pressing Q and expanding out the quest.

I'm doing the Tiger Hunter Competition quest right now for the first time, and it is not telling me how many I've killed at all. Either on screen when I kill something, or in the quest log itself.

I just did the Tiger competition quest and it told me everything except the quest name which was Zeroed out... I even took screen shots.

Also, another update.. the hunt 40 White Tiger skins for the Stable master is level 16 not level 14.




As you can see in the screen shot, my quest log was showing me exactly how many I had and how many I killed. Heck, even when I killed a tiger it told me with that green system message in the middle of my screen.

Yeah, I must have some sort of glitch, or maybe server lag but after I killed about 5 or 6 more Tiger Champions it started taking count again.

Now I'm level 18, and my god, the quests are nuts!

The Level 35 - Drinking with Huhoan quest gives you around 186k skill exp, but I can't remember the exact amount or the amount of character exp.
