ANY 1 GOT A FORMULA AS TO HOW TO MAKE TAT GUY DRUNK???
TRIED IT 6 HRS AREALY STILL CANNOT

The quest is worth it..you get 500 sp from it and there is a order you give him the drinks.

Give him the first drink on the list. Then the second. Then the third. Keep going until he says something very drunk-sounding, then ask about the book. If you run out of drinks, get more by talking to Yangyun or Flora.
