Maybe it is your computer not the internet , maybe you are downloading stuff , opening many browsers pages , a lot of applications .

Restart and try again .

Oh and reduce your graphic settings .

It's the server. It lagged, and disconnected me when I was soloing. Login server went down, can't even start the game; however, dunno if it's back up.
