Which server is Ocean VIP?

I know that it looks something like NO[VIP], but I actually see Chinese letters. So what does it look like in Chinese?

it looks like NO[VIP] if you try and compare it to english

In chinese characters, it would have brackets beside the server.
Server is something like 海洋 I think. Haven't played in awhile.

海洋 is what the translator says so try that.
