What you just described is not really becoming friends thats basically having a roommate who doesn't pay rent. It just doesn't work that way at first no one minded foreigners playing but then you have some that come and curse at people when you disable the chat filter so they know you are editing the game and with them comes scammers/bots/and people constantly spamming trade for gold(happened to me today)/ trying to downgrade the Taiwanese when they (foreigners) are occupying their (Taiwanese) game. Its no wonder people are mad. Its almost come to the point of where the bad is outweighing the good is what they are saying.

also foreign ppl are not restrictd in small yet annoying places coz of altered game files unlike taiwan ppl
