Pk2 files (a question on changing languages)

Hey can anybody show me (if they can) screen shots on how to change the language otherwise im just gonna stick with the long log in on isro...

I downloaded the Pk2 files (or at least 1 think i did...) but it says its damaged soooo yeah...

edit : sorry i didnt know where to put this in other sro versions or in Q&A....

Thank you I guess this can be locked or whatever....

edit: why cant sro just have an option that asks what language you want it in that would just be so much easier....
