my skill bar won't save because the client won't close right

when I click exit the timer counts down and then the screen turns black and a box comes up that said "sro client has stopped working bla bla bla" and I click "close the program bla bla bla" I have windows vista, how do I fix this?

the skill bar is the settings folder i deleted mine others say replace it

for it crashing it could many things that i am unsure of.
