better to just make them on ur own, but if this is ur first dual weapon experience just forget about it. thats a build that is EXTREMELY reliant on dps to kill, which rly a select few are good at

some things must be considered even before you think about going dual: lag: if you lag alot don't even consider going dual. weapon switch timing is essential for the success of a dual build, especially when you're switching from glaive to b/s. imagine if you lag and your shield doesn't equip or even worse, your blade, that would be a real problem now wouldn't it? brains: may sound a bit stupid, but yeah you actually need brains to play a dual, know exactly when to switch and after what skills to do so. which combination of skills (from both weapon trees) will pull off highest dps is also something you have to be familiar with. as for the build itself, being str means you're getting most of you dmg from your weapon trees, so 90 blade/glaive are a must. 90 fire isn't a must, you could just leave it at 70's or 80's to have enough left for light imo. if you're willing to buy speed pots, you could try 90 bicheon 90 heuksal 90 fire 30 light, you get maxed fire buffs and highest dmg out of your build. if not 90 bicheon, 90 heuksal, 70 fire, 50 light would do. or 80 fire 40 light, for that extra lvl of fire passive and better buffs. combos: start off with b/s equipped -> kd -> stab -> switch -> spam stun until you crit (assuming you get crit!) -> finish off with gsm. if the opponent hasnt died, during gsm animation switch back to b/s and repeat combo. if you dont crit and your HP is running low do a gsm (pray for kb), switch back to b/s during gsm animation and repeat combo. by the time you get to the stabbing part, your hp will be almost full if not completely full.

Hmm, not really, only if you intend on having sosun weapons. 73 fire would give you maxed magical defense and maxed physical attack % buff (the passive from 70 to 90 increases 2% only). The only problem would be the imbue, even though it doesn't make much difference for a pure STR (hence I mentioned the sosun weapon). I'd risk saying 80 fire is enough for the imbue, but 70 might as well be just enough.
cuz i kinda want to get light to 37 (whatever i get the dash from light) and are blader glaives even good? Yes. what are good weapon combos for pure str's? Well, any combo, pacheon/bicheon, heuksal/pacheon, heuksal/bicheon, any of these if used correctly will probably do good (not completely sure about the usefulness of pacheon at ecsro though). magisuns wrote: better to just make them on ur own, but if this is ur first dual weapon experience just forget about it. thats a build that is EXTREMELY reliant on dps to kill, which rly a select few are good at Not really forget about it if it's his first dual experience, because to have experience with it, you have to at least try it. O.o But yeah, it's not that easy to master.

I wish they'd add the extra skill bar in from isro. I could wep swap for my Euro so effortlessly, and could see doing a dual build so easily with it. Evilpeta listed all perfect points. Really takes good strategy and timing to pull off somethin like this.

for 90/90/90/30 build 650k sp +/- 90/90/80/40 - 590-600k +/- so i guess you'll be fine with 500k sp or somth, the rest you'll get from lvling. also, not sure if every skill available go all the way up to 90..

with a 9 gap you can get like 4-4.5 sp per kill (confirm?). on a 3 hour grind you can probably kill around 2000 monsters if you grind non-stop, that's 8k-9k sp for only 3 hours, let's say 8.5k.
i mentioned 2000 based on the shakram/edimmu quests i used to complete in isro with my nuker, it took me almost 1 1/2 hours to kill 1500 of those. so 2000 for 2 hours would be ok, i guess (for a glaiver).
assumming you grind 3 hours a day everyday, then 500k sp should be doable in 2 months +/- for 6k sp -> 2 hours +/-
with penon pfarm, which is the fastest you can get in ecsro, for 6k sp i would say less than an hour really.. and 500k sp in a month
