Found it in my inventory when i finished stalling clicked it and it activated.

if its isro then its the stall net bonus but on ecsro no clue enless they got the stall net bonus.

It's merchant's blessing.
Got it too one time, u get it when using stall network, doesn't matter if u sell or buy.
It increases ur drop rate by 50% for half an hour
