ZSZC is using the word ''donations'' wrong. But if they just put something like ''Buy ZSP'' on their website, they'll probably get sued in a day or 2. It's not like a B-Day gift because you are GIVING them the gift. As for donations yeah it doesn't make sense, but what about around town? I see this "donate $1 and get your name on this pos sticker" or even donate $10 and you'll get a 'free t-shirt'. Of course there is a bunch more, but these are just common all around. At least it is in Chicago. It still is donations with after donating a certain amount you get 'rewarded' with your donations.
