SKILLS ARE NOT CAPPED AT 70
eg. there is the 4th int dmg increase can be level once again at lvl 78!!!
how the hell am i suppose to level my 2int1str spear now...

Btw guys, how do you know if you've been banned on SjSRO or not? Since all i heard was them banning Euro/US IPs, but not Asian ones. So maybe....

Well, can get by the IP ban but, what about them just banning players with english names or people who cant speak chinese. Risky...

No, you have the wrong media.pk2 or the server = really on check..
If you're banned you wont even get in to the game.. (You cant hit START button)
