Anyone else run into the problem of just not being able to go pass the character selection screen? I select my character and its just sits there nothing happens.....

hmm i can log in with a Chinese toon, but it seems i can't with euros? Anyone else having the same prob? Edit: Reinstalled and made a new euro and still can't log in with it.

Weird , i just logged in with a euro character yesterday without problems =/

Wish i can be of more help but it seems the only solution is waiting , btw try making a new account and try logging in with a euro with it, see if it works .

The 3rd one, i can log in on a chinese but no euros so.....idk if somethings going on or im just screwed.

hardly got hit by it, had a bit of rain, some wind, wasn't really that bad by the time it got up here.

Just logged onto esro, cause it's almost 4am and I'm bored, had fun pissing off people. These two warriors, one level 95 the other level 100, tried to kill me, one even used zerk, they failed.

So I'm going to start up on ESRO and I have a couple questions.

From what I understand, Euro is playable, right? Do I need any language packs to make the game understandable? Any good guilds out there?

Will update with IGN once I get in game. Also, which server should I choose?

We had one on esro1. But everyone left due to a new private server being released. Typical silkroadforums, other sro version member behavior, really.

i logged in a few times but the only one i have found online so far was oxy on his new char clex.. for me sro and all other mmo's are only fun when i can play them with people so i guess i'm going to have to pass on esro because you're all lvl 100 FF already :|

Which is what you'll find with all pervers. Sro's endgame content is never enough to keep people around.

I mean, I have a capped char on esro1, but I haven't been playing it all that much anymore. Mostly just log on to make people rage. *shrugs*

What got you wanting to try sro again?

Indeed.
It's the same for all MMOs, which is why I usually play a couple months and stop, just like I did in ESRO.

this is why i'm usually hopping games tbh..
like, i don't mind having to switch servers a lot, i rarely cap chars in games.
i just need to play with others, preferably people i know or met before.
most games don't really keep me interested long enough to really get into it :]
only one game had me hooked for 1.5 years lately, but i quit that last year.
have been hopping games again since that :]

Leveling alts in WoW is boring as shit and I really only log on these days to chat and raid.

I figured a private SRO server would be fun. Increased rates, etc.

I only can see EliteSRO_1 through 4

Chose EliteSRO_4. Let's see how this goes

if you want to play esro 5/8 download the updated pk2 and add it to a COPY of your current esro folder and then start the game (esro 1/2/3/4 is esro 5/6/7/8 and remember 5 is p2p)
