How to Become a Thief

Hi

I just decided just to be a thief, I went to the smoking woman behind the stable but then when i talked to her and wanted to teleport to the thief town, the only option was "End conversation"... :S Did i miss something? Im not a trader or hunter... Just cant teleport to the thief town from there (Jangan btw)

Hope someone has an answer
