No, thats only for csro and ksro.
iSro is a english client same as ECSRO.

For what do you need a English translator in the first place because there are more then one SRO Versions..

What you said was that you could use iSRO's client to play on a private server, that isnt possible unless you wanna play on SRemu offline, but we all know that sucks.
