Maybe you cant answer all but please answer what you know ^^

1. Block ratio: does BR 16 means you should theoretically block 16 of the 100 attacks?

2. The passive bicheon skill says increase block ratio 2% increase. Does this mean your shield goes from br 16 to 18?

3. What effect does mag/phy reinforcement have on a weapon? and on a shield?

4. Whats better for pure int s/s with bicheon lion shout or cut blade series(the throwing skill?

5. Does a pure int s/s nuker more damage with Petal sword dance which is upgraded to lvl 15 then with Petal sword dance lvl 1? I think the diff is almost nothing cos only the phy attack power gets better and thats nothing already^^ maybe 30 dmg diff?

Thnx for reading and I hope you can answer them

The Block Rate is considered in percentage out of 100%, the max at 90 being 9% for 1h sword warriors, and 10% for Bicheon, meaning if you have a shield that has 20 Block rate (Max for normal shields) you will have either 29 or 30 Block rate in total, meaning you will block 30% of all attacks.

The reinforces effect the damage stats on your character info screen, the attack on the weapon itself is amplified by the reinforce. The higher the reinforce, the more amplified the weapons attack, you can test it for yourself, the difference between a high and low reinforce, is a great difference in attack power.

This reinforce works the same way for the amplification of defense power from your defensive equipment. That last question however, I'm not too sure as I havent dabbled too much into chinese builds.

imo lion shout > soul cut. Just as fast, but if your imbue ends it still hits ok dmg. If your imbue dies on teh soul cut it does nothing.

hmmmmmmmm
are u sure?
if this is correct, then does this apply to Critical values as well?
i mean, does a Dagger with Crit 25 crit only 25% of the time? seems very unlikely since i crit a lot more than that with my 19Crit X-bow

also, this isnt absolute cuz the weapons have Block parry ratio attributes as well (and shields have Critical parry ratio as for my example), so u will need to have one decent equation to get this calulated properly..

24?

i thought the max was 23 lol

besides 1 out of 2 is impossible you need to have br 25 + 25% br passive to have 1 out of 2
