 Post subject: way of saving sp?

is it possible to delevel the first nuke (for example, wizard first fire nuke) after you get the second nuke (meteor)?

No you cant because you need the first book maxed in order to get the 2nd book..You can delvl Life control after you get Life turnover tho.

last time i checked i couldve sworn first fire nuke was not pre requisite for meteor...if thats the case then you can delvl it other wise no. delvling skills requires that you delvl them in order so you cant have a skill that would require other skills or mastery lvls to be higher
