Yes you can, and , by example, he has a high chance of surviving a rogue, and beating one.
And I love the past glory of ice bladers, bring back their reputation!

Looks good, but I have one thing to add: you should think about changing to 55 light and 65 fire. Reason: doing that would increase your mag defense by a good amount (+41 mag def), while losing only a little bit of speed(-2%), parry ratio(-3) and a few meters of ghost walk(-2.0m).

Ah Fire so low is awful IMO.
Your 12% phy dmg increase while the possibility is 18%.
Your 6% weaker than the average blader. Not counting the fact that light is also at 60 meaning your imbue is also weakened. Ice imbue is just terrible for dmg output. The freeze is and frostbite won't work either because everyones immune to it. You would be a tank against pure str however a wizard will literally 1 hit you. In most cases wizards don't 1 hit a blader/glaiver/archer but comes fairly close to it. But with your mag defense buff being at only an additional 39 (lol). With 39 more mag defense your decreasing dmg by about 200 at 90, if that. While at 90 the mag defense buff is 171 increase. Meaning your decreasing dmg by a good 1-3k.

This is probably the most tanking blader build against pure str however you leave out too many weaknesses. Your weak against Int/Int hybrid. Your dmg output is severely weakened due to lack of fire and light. You will not kill anyone in particular one vs one and you won't be the main dmg dealer in pve.

With ice imbue plus the debuffs your doing around the dmg a person with lightning imbue is doing without the debuffs. Now fire imbue with the debuffs is so far ahead dmg wise that it is ridiculous.

If anything I think you should bring the fire up to 90 or 80 and keep the lightning at 30 or 40. Fire is too significant to leave so low.

It isn't for Isro :wink: . If it were for Isro, I would go Fire/Light/Bich 90/90/90 or 90/90/60/60 Fire/Bich/Light/Ice.

90 Cap, 90 Mastery, Skills stop at 70.

I'm a monster at PvE with the blader or 1h warrior. <3 Mobbing green mobs.

No Europe.

With that in mind:

Bich 90: Max all skills (70)

Fire 65 VS Fire 70 skills (90 Mastery):
There is a one percent difference in physical damage. 13% VS 14%, I don't think there is much difference.
Magical defense: 80 increase VS 91, 11 magical defense difference, I don't think it is much.

Light: 55 VS 70 skills (90 mastery)

Speed: 57% Vs 67%, I'll be better off buying 100% speed potions either way.
Phantom: 17m VS 21, 5m difference. That isn't much considering how small 10m is XD.
Parry: 51 VS 58, 7 parry difference. Not much.
Magical Damage: 15% Vs 16%, lol only 1% ain't nothing but a G thing ;).

Ice 70 skills (90 mastery) is a given. The only disadvantage would be the imbue but I'm no where near 90 yet so Ice is useful until I start meeting Immune people. I might farm for fire imbue later, might.

OMG U Sux!!

J/k.. May not do a lot of damage, but will sure be hella annoying in pvp. And with pure str and ice passive+buff+Shield+snow shield, have fun getting killed lol. In jobbing you'll live long enough to call over some friends to help you kill that bastard! :D

this build is awful you lose damage and speed, to be honest, 90 LIGHT is a must have for bladers
why?
because for a blader to kill, we need status on him, (if he has pills its nearly impossible), and smart enemys will run and ghost walk around when you have division on him, making it impossible to kill him, and more impossible because u just lost a shit load of damage cause u are an ice blader

It helps if you read the posts under them as well.
He said that the skill max is 70.
Meaning bladers don't have the lvl 74 chain.
60 Light and 60 Fire is fine when you skill max is 70.
