what would be better for a pure int nuker s/s at lvl 60

30 bicheon 50 bicehon
50 ice or 54 ice
54 fire 30 fire
57 lite 57 lite

basically what im asking is does a pure int nuker s/s need bicehon any higher than lvl 30?
