Why are you going dual weapon? Take up fire to 90 if your really dont like ice.

I read your other post, but im not sure actually... Since you are so hybrid (80%Mag 63%Phys) it just might work with ice at 30.

I was thinking of a build very close to this with close balances that you have but at 80:

90 Heuk
90 Fire
90 Light
30 Ice

OR

90 Bich
90 Fire
90 Light
30 Ice

Maybe you should try the build you just told us, but i recommend taking fire instead of a weapon tree. When you hit 70+ or cap at 90 tell use your experiences with it. I am currently trying this build (only 3x right now though).

This is a much better build,

I would go a an hybrid for spear, more DMG :D
so it would be like this;
90 heuksal
90 fire
90 light
30 ice

GoodLuck

The whole point of going hybrid is to have both the magic damage buff from lightning and physical damage buff and passive from fire. Hybrid dual ints are no longer effective. In my opinion, all hybrid ints have lost their effectiveness. Hybrid str is debatable, especially with bow.

I agree, althoug a hybrid str spear can be pretty powerful.
I also agree with you about he bow a 2:1 bow can be a nice build atleast better then that stupid 70:70 build
