 Post subject: What + will wiz/war have?

Im planning going wiz/war. I know what skills i take and i know how to pvp (1v1) with a wiz/war. Now, what should i do in pve? against partys maybe: reflect,scream mask and other selfbuffs of warlock, then debuffs,stun,curses,switch to staff and start owning/use earth fence and switch back to warlock/use teleport when having low life. Is that a good idea? And on normal mobs is it better to 1hit them or put 2 curses on every mob arround and just run to the next mob and put curses on it to? In bigger wars like union war should i go in combination with war/wiz and own them 1 by 1 or use the aoe attacks or single attacks of wizard and own them 1 by 1? Last question what selfbuffs will stay when i switch from warlock to wizard/wizard to warlock?
I only need answers from a experiend wizard warlock wizard/warlock.
I dont need answers like: decide by urself +1111475908274385745
And i know it takes allot of sp farming but i think i can deal with that so i dont want those answers to.

Wiz/war is not a very good build IMO, because they are both Offensive types. Usually a wizard or warlock has a bard or cleric as sub class, but if you manage it well it could go well.

I like warlock skills and i like wizard skills to lol. First i want my questions answered and why you think bard/cleric is better. And then i have to make the decission between wizard or warlock but i like them both :( :(

In party play if your party has enough wizards use warlock mode, If they don't have enough wizards use wizard mode. When soloeing use wizard mode to OHKO most mobs 5 levels higher than Yourself. Aviod Giants when in wizard mode, unless you have a wolf to tank for you :) happy grinding.

wizards are not ment to tank, if one of the right curses doesnt work when your in warlock mode you will be dead since both are int based characters.

Great build, the other people don't really know what they're talking about.
Just keep party grinding and you'll be fine for that matter. Wether you choose wizard or warlock in the party, teleport will keep aggro off you and earth fence shall help in those emergancy situations. With pvp go warlock main and if your going to solo, I would go warlock for higher mobs and wizards with lower mobs (quests!). Worked for me, good luck.

hm i got a 35 wizard/warlock and i do fine pvping (well the times i can without people over 5 higher than me just 1 hitting me)

and for grinding solo i do really well... you guys know a neat trick with wizard is use dog to aggro like 5 monsters together then when they huddle around dog you use aoe nuke

and for giants or pt mobs i switch to warlock and i can tank them without any problems

same as above i'm lvl 36 wiz/war and i'm doing fine. i die less than my friend who is wiz/bard. pvp good wen u get enough practice (which i don't, i just use stun and one hit kill euros, haven't pvp chinese yet). best thing to do is get plvled or get sp tickets cause ur gonna need a lot of sp (my build is about 500k).

i'm planing to get full warlock tree, max out fire and ice nukes, invis/detect, teleport, charged wind. basically what u can do is get plvled to 35 at ongs (if u can) with 9 gap. at 35 go 0 gap to 38, then start getting 9 gap again and at lvl 45 get plvled at penons. this is my plan and by lvl 56 i'll have enough sp to max out everything i want up to lvl 70 skills. the rest is up to u. it hink this is better cause ur not staying 9 gap to 56 witch loses my motivation cause at earlier levels i die quite a bit and its like omfg theres 2 hours of grinding gone in seconds.

sorry to break this to you but scream mask only works on other people

but ya the usual combo i see for pvp is stun debuff sleep life control and nuke

i been this build before. i dont need to farm that much, 3 gap should do as long as u pick the right skills. as for lvling i'll need a high lvl plvler cuz u'll never be able to grind solo. =P
