Couple a questions, how much more damage does +1,+2,+3 and so on adds to the original weapon and what are the crucial steps i need to follow to make sure i get a success.

Also what does the blue suff on the weapons means, like immortal astal, steady and so on.

+1 is equivalent to about one lvl higher, so 35+3 is about the same as a lvl 38 weapon.

as for the blue stats, look in guides + tutorials. there's a very comprehensive alchemy guide there.

Thx, so if i make my lvl26 spear +3 it would be equivalent to a lvl29 gold spear

There's gonna be some minor differences but yes, it will be equivalent.
