Hey!! If anyone is a 1:1 hybrid, either stats, or balances, can you plz post here about your build, what server, how it does in PvP and PvM and how good your equipment should be to be a contender for 1v1?

I want to make one, but I dont want to waste tons of time grinding one just to find out they kinda blow. I would like to hear about people that have a high lvl 1:1, and hopefully get some people who are fully farmed to give some input. ^_^

The build sux dont ever do it or i will punch you in the nuts...

8ballsamurai is a 1:1 sword/shield on aege, he shouldn't be nuking but he does and there for i think he's a gimped char. more like a wannabe int nuker.

SilkGuardian is a 1:1 spear on aege, leaning towards str based through alchemy and is a decent char. farmed 100k sp at 16 so we're all waiting how he'll do at the levelcap.


if you enjoy the 1:1 build, stick with it. not my choice of build, i'd rather avoid it

I don't think there are enough 1:1 hybrids to draw that conclusion Dark. In my opinion, if you build it right it can work to a certain degree and will always be better than another build in a given situation. Just like how Int is generally better than Str at PvE.

If a build is slightly reasonable it can be a good build....Depending on how much money you have for alchemy. There really is no best build anymore, not that there ever was, just people with shit loads of money for alchemy. Best items wins now.

Funder on our server is 1:1 and i see him owning str glaives all the time...

his mag damage tears up on armor wearers and his phy damage tears
into garm wearers...

i would like to see some 1:1 builds at our 81 cap and see how they do...

i know this is a 1:1 build topic, but i was wondering how will a fully farmed

I used to be 1:1. It's not a bad build at all.

I've never been own'd by someone equal lvl. Either I own them or it's pretty equal.

Players who are 2+ lvl higher eat me alive. And 0-gaps can kick my ass (not pwn me, btw)

However, I've been doing more INT lately, and the xtra STR comes in quite handy for pvp.

BUT, mobs suck! I've always wished i could hit harder against mobs. Especially when i see players equal lvl that hit MUCH harder than me. But it's still a very fun build.

Isn't NightV a 1:1 hybrid that helped Cuch out in the tournament? THink if you ask him, it's a good build or so IIRC from that thread.

first off, any kind of str hybrid blows. second, if your char is str or str heavy, you wouldnt want to use a spear. third, 2:1 str sucks. ok the end

All you hybrid haters out there, you all should be castrated. There simply aren't enough hybrid builds in iSRO to make a good generalized statement about them.

To the original poster: Making a hybrid will require time and gold. If this is your first char, go with a pure build so you get a feel for the game. In any build, you'll need to find out what skills you want and need to know how much SP that needs to be gained. Some prefer to farm all their SP at lv 16, others prefer to just play the game out and vary their level gaps throughout the game. If this is indeed your first char I suggest you play the game out to see whether or not you like it. If you've already played the game before and like it, go ahead and make a 1:1 hybrid. A 1:1 hybrid should do more damage than a pure str and less damage than a pure int, obviously. Pretty much you're in the middle of everything.

Too many cookie cutter pure builds out there, atleast that's my opinion. The game lacks variation when people descriminate others by saying hybrids suck. If they suck so much, why don't you just let them make their chars? If they suck so much, you will be able to own them so easily. Wouldn't that make you feel good?

And you being a regular hybrid is so much better?

Well I'm no pure build. I added one point to int.

If you waste tons of money for alchemy, you could do the same for a pure build and it'll own even more.

Pure ints / 4 - 6:1+ sacrifises hp for the cost of double damage.

Now when you do 2:1 or 1:1 you will do close to the same damage as a pure str, but still have much less hp.

Thats the problem with 1:1 builds


And i really dont care how many high lvls 1:1 hybrids you know, that can kick "his" and "his" ass.

im suprised to hear a 64+ say that about 2:1 hybrids (int)

2:1 int hybrids still do more damage than glaivers

maybe there just arent any good hybrids on your server??

Shes talking about 2:1 str hybdrid builds...And please nobody try to advocate a 1:1 build, its useless and been proven for I don't know how long.
