Would that be better as pure or hybrid? And how much Hybrid? I want to have enough mp to be able to use max snow shield at later caps.
Anyone tried going hybrid with the new 60% snow shield? Or can only pures use it past 50%
Also, With Ice bich only, the nukes will be weak so the major offense will be Bich moves, hence the hybrid, but I do want my def to be godly though when snow is working.

I'd say 1:5 or 1:7. 1:5 = greater damage with your bicheon skills while 1:7 should be enough mp for the max snow shield.
If I were you I wouldn't really worry about having to max the snow shield. Don't let your need to do so screw up your build. Cause a 1:7 ice nuker ain't gonna be that strong tbh.
I'd probably go like 1:3-1:5 and just use whatever level of snow shield that works best for me.

It would be more to piss my enemies off and watch them die a slow painful death. ^_^
I might be adding fire 100 depending on what happens with the kSRO update. If so, than I would still be nuking. That's why I wanna keep nuking a viable option. I just wanna be able to hit hard enough with bich moves, still able to nuke and fully able to cast max snow.

you should lvl up both lightning and fire to low lvls to have the dmg buffs if you are using 2 masteries to save sp. I really don't know if you should be hybrid or pure with a build like that. Either way its going to do poor dmg and die fast once the snow shield ends.

Is anyone speaking from experience or just from hypothetical thinking? What 2 masteries would you take as a pure int than? Fire and Ice only? Fire Bicheon and get raped after the first crit?
I noticed that in PVP with my light ice Bich nuker that I rarely nuke. Most of my kills comes from KD+Stab.
Has anyone tried pvping with a 100 light ice cold or fire ice cold build with all 3 trees maxed? I want to know if the dmg dealt will vary much compared to using light or fire imbue to kd stab vs ice. I've seen a few 90 and they always use ice to pvp.

You will do about 1k-2k dmg less per hit and the ice imbue will bug your stabs. It might not be horrible if you have some low lvl fire and light for the dmg buffs. If you absolutley had to have 2 masteries I would choose the following.
STR Weapon/Fire Hybrid int or str Weapon/Fire (int hybrids would need to have a lot of str) Int Light/ice
