I just noticed, is this a possible proof that hybridizing is bad in general? At lvl 100, you lose alot more mag balance than phy balance gain by hybridizing on china characters.

If you change the phy balance by 3%, you will lose 6% mag balance. You will have to go well over 50 stat points to notice more change in phy balance. I think this is because it also takes into account just how much mag balance you have.

However, at higher lvl, the max mag and phy balance you can have with pimped gear goes down. This really makes me wonder, are china really meant to hybrid or are they also suppose to be pure as well.

It's interesting. I still feel tho tht hybridising for tht xtra hp is a good thing. If ur physical balance dosen't increase as much, ur hp pots won't heal as much but i would still go 1:9 over a pure int most of the time. Physical balance dosen't mean too much for me as long as the hp boost is decent.

With a Bich light ice, i would've gone hybrid for sure. Inc mag dmg meaning i don't really need as high of a mag balance for it. However, I'm doing fire, ice, bich. Fire will already give my an increase in phy dmg. With no increase in mag dmg, I'm gonna have to rely on the balance to boost my attack. If I hybrid, I will gain about 2.5k hp at lvl 100. However, I would lose about 7% dmg, which is about the same as the 2nd book of the piercing force.

What do you guys think. Would 1.75k hp even be worth it? I'm maxing ice so I will have a high 60% snow shield already. Basically with 25-30 str points, it would be a 1:9 hybrid. I gain 1.75k hp and 3% phy balance, but lose 1.75k mp and 7% mag balance. This is a s/s build btw. I will have the phy attk inc from fire since it's bich, fire, and ice 100.
