This probably isn't the answer you want but there is no reason it wouldn't affect them. No I don't know for sure.

they have both Att. R and Parry R.,
but the damage difference (with parry debuff) is only noticable when you are hitting the opponent multiple times(combos) or you are in a team fighting a giant gp with high hp. Just depends on the how many hits you deal.
And the attack ratio is best vs higher mobs, you will see a slight certain damage reduction

Yaeh, they have. But those debuffs would probably be as effective as the lightning imbue (which reduces your enemies parry ratio by half) which changes, well, pretty much nothing.
