For the -20% mp consumption + the 20% moving speed.

All str chars should wear garment.

Garment. Lowers MP consumption, increases speed and gives you higher mag def than other armors.

You could probably also wear a good protector set because it'll give you a good phy def which will come in handy mainly against euro pure strs and secondly against chinese ones.

Protector set
if you play well its nearly impossible that a str. euro will kill u...maybe rogue crits with prick..DD on.
vs other int chinese...I find a 85-89 +5 prot. set more then enough to outlast int snow shield.

both a protector set and garment set if they can afford 2 sets

Garment goes just fine with ice skill tree.
