And it's not entirely a nuker...I want my nukes to do alright damage but I'll mainly be using sword chains with a nuke here and there to mix it up

It's a good build. However, it is, to a certain degree, dependant on statuses to kill. Nukes will be moderately good, but KD and stab will be the bread and butter of the build, combined with chains. I would opt for 90 fire / 90 bich / 60 light / 60 cold at this cap. For a hybrid, imbue power is important, and fire nukes are very versatile, as opposed. 90 light / cold / bich is also possible. That build would have great defense, but wouldn't be able to use the max snow shield completely. Therefore, I'd sacrifice 90 cold for 90 fire, for the damage and magical defense. Build would wear protectors.
At 100 cap, transform to 100 fire 100 bich 60 cold 40 light

Never liked hybrid s/s the loss of nuke power makes them weak, of course this is just my opinion. (I played one but mine was 7:1)
