I've been thinking and to cut down on sp farming with a warrior what if I just made a dual axe/cleric char?
That was I wouldn't have to get 2h for pvp/solo grind and 1h for party grind...I'd just get dual axe/cleric and be good at both....what do ya'll think? good idea or bad one?

You might just end up sucking at both.

It's a good idea. Oh, and you never have to worry about warlocks. 8)

Dual axe's immunity is not needed to resist Warlock debuffs of the same level, Holy Word is enough. If you are talking immunity, it is only useful when jobbing since NPC spawns higher than 90 will affect you with statuses even if you got Holy Word up without DA, but than again back at 80 my accessories were nowhere near pimped to resist anything.

Cleric with just Dual Axe is a bad idea, as useful as they are for grinding and as cool as they look, they fail at Pvp. And dont give me the 'I give bleed and stun with Axe and switch to 2H shit because you wont get enough time to even cast Warcry or will get interrupted while casting, and we all know how important Warcry is.

Overall 2H is the better choice, there is nothing wrong with a 2H tank in parties if you got a cleric that knows what he is doing.

i delvled my dual axe for 1h sword, 1h sword does almost the same damage and also you can tank much better since u have a shield and u got crit parry increase and block rate increase, also the ability to dull the enemy and increasing the damage of the cunning stab seems to be more effective than bleeding the opponents and deadly using counter. with dual axe i realised i could only kill rogues, wizards, warlocks but with 1h sword i can actually kill chinese ints. the ideal is to have all 3 weapon skills maxed as they each have their benefits buts that if u can be bothered farming all that sp

in 1v1 pvp 2h warrior warlock r godly at this cap, but they are tailormade for a dual axe cleric, since you have superior physical def and are immune to their debuffs (raze tree)you can bleed and hack them to death.

Meh. I don't see a huge differance without warcry on. I do use it from time to time but only when i need all the dmg i can get. Dull + kd + triple and charge swing usually is enough, with a second rising or a finishing DD.
