I am planning to make a hybrid s/s, but since I can't get the nukes until level 30 and they take a long time to level up without the nukes, I decided to use a bow (atleast for sp farming). I am currently lvl 13 with an 8 gap and starting to sp farm at the young tigers and bandits.
So I guess my question is, with lightening as my imbue, should I level up to 30 with pacheon and then de-level it for bicheon? Or once I'm done SP farming use S/S until I get my nukes?
Also, can an int-based bow be classified as a "nuker"?
Any suggestions about this build feel free to comment! I'm planning 80 bicheon (or pacheon if I fall in love with bow so much), 80 lightening, 70 fire (for the lvl 70 nuke), and 70 ice (for the +55 defense buff).

Don't use lightning imbue until you become a nuker. It only helps to draw mobs, and because of this, it should only be used when you are planning to grind using aoe nukes. Use fire for farming, or cold if you don't have a Sos bow as it will save you pots. Bow lvls the fastest to 30, and you should delevel it when you're done using it.
Int bow will be a very weak nuker, and a very strong bower, but neither is good for any application.
Your level being what it is, and SRO being where it is, you should aim for the 90 cap, as there is no way you'll make the 80 cap. Try to think up a new build. As for ice, you don't need to go past 60 for the kickass buff.

How does 90 bicheon, 90 lightning, 60 cold, 60 fire sound (If I make it to 90)?
So I'll stick to my bow until 5th degree, then I will get my nukes and S/S.
After I'm done SP farming should I level up bicheon as well as pacheon too? Or should I wait until I delevel pacheon to up bicheon?
I'll switch fire for farming, and I will take up lightning again once I'm done!
Thanks!

You should level your pancheon tree until you are done using it, which should be level 30. At this point, you should get a gold lance and nuke. Get cursed hearts all along the way after level 20 so that once you have 300 hearts, you can go and do all your delvling at once. Actual materies won't be a bother for you for a while.
Your build is a good, except for one limitation. you don't want to bring fire all the way up to 60, it's a waste. You should either a. Leave it at 30, and have 90 cold, or b. (insanely better option), take 1 level off either one of your 90 masteries, to get almost 2x better mag def, amongst other things. Trust me when I say this is a very good decision.
As for your weapon skills, keep in mind these are only for PvP. Even though you are s/s, always use spear to grind, as it does a lot more comparable damage. This will mean you must spend more money, but you will be a much better player because of it. Besides, money is very easy to come across in this game.

Just 2 throw in my 2 cents
People on the forums like to simplify things by rounding to the nearest 10. For example my build will be 90pacheon, 90light,90ice, 30 fire. In reality though you have to look at the actual skills in the different trees. For example If you decide to take fire to lvl 30, then you really should take fire to lvl 32 for the physical increase buff and passive. Those 2 lvls unlock a new % damage increase for very little SP.
When Aby Says making money is easy in this game, that is strictly her opinion. Most people would say the opposite. After all not everyone can be rich. To help with that there are a couple of money making guides, one is in my signature.
If you want to be s/s then I will say that you should grind with s/s. The reason being that you will be able to buy a better sword with the money you would have spent on a spear. Of course you can always look at the magic attack of a weapon, if you find a good deal on a spear it may be worth it.

I'm not a girl..
As for your last two paragraphs, it's a fact that making money is easy in this game. I can setup a macro and make 500m in a week. It's really, really simple, not just my opinion, and that's the easiest - and one of the slowest in fact, ways to make money.
If you take the time to make money, having a s/s for PvP and a spear for grinding is great.
The people who 'can't' be rich, simply haven't dedicated the time to it, or they've somehow been had for their money, and are no longer rich. Just like levelling , making money takes effort. Granted, it takes an observant mind to find out how to make money, but even a monkey can click a mouse.

I am sorry I called you a girl though aby is a girls name so I think I am within my bounds to make that assumption.
You just stated that you make over 2billion in gold a month. I am assuming in a legit fashion. So I dont know how long you have been playing but that would make you awefully rich considering the most expensive weapon it this entire game sells for around 2-3 billion. That would be a sosun 64 weapon 100% blues +7 or higher.
The reason that sosun is expensive is because they are rare. there are a limited number of them. If making billions was easy then more people would have billions of gold and the price of these sosun weapons would be in the trillions.

At the 90 cap, how about this:
90 bicheon
90 fire
90 lightning
30 cold
That way you'll get the 2nd mana shield, and being hybrid, fire is a good choice.
Only problem is when SRO reaches the 100 cap...Then you've got to drop cold or fire...

Thanks for the advice, but that wasn't my question
But I guess that clarifies the fact that I should switch weapons after level 30
So if I'm not going to level fire all the way up to the cap, will I be using fire as my imbue, or will that switch to lightening at a certain time?

I'd switch to lightning after you stop levelling fire, then use cursed hearts to delvl.

Okay, thanks for clarifying that
One last question: How do people get those Dragon flags (I think they're called) that give STR and INt bonuses?

they were an event item from last thanksgiving I believe. So the only way to get them is to buy it from someone in game.
Or perhaps for this thanksgiving or christmas they will come out with something similar.
