since most axe moves are chains I'd think they were meant to crit. And also their bleed status increases the damage they do on moves after that bleed status is inflicted.... I'm guessing whoever said that 1hands outdamage hadn't taken this into consideration..

For those of you unfamiliar with bleed status, it's a status ailment that decreases the opponents mag and phy defence and also deals not note-worthy (like "100") damage every few seconds.

I have a 1hand / Axe warrior and 1hand doesn't do more damage, it's close but 1hand does not do more. As for 2hand.... well yea it's f*ing 2 hand they have their crit passive and every move does like 14 -> 24k crits.. 2hands tend to kill me even with my shield as a 1hand... unless im cheap and just KB sprint assault KB sprint assault lol..

what i actually plan to do is get bleed status on them with axe, get em stunned use the 10% for axe then use the 10% for 1hand then keep doing that. with bleed they should do decent damage. of course this is for solo and just for fun in a real situation im obviously a tank for a whole party and will be stunning and putting a shield back on so i can stay alive and keep buffs on the party and saving the int and cleric. (for pvp i mean, pve is a diff story)

+1 (Dual/Deadly Counter: Deals greater damage to enemies when they are under bind, sleep, stun, dull status..)
+1 + It can't be removed with abnormal pills. (you have to use the special pills)

2Handed is very vulnerable. The passives are only damage damage damage. Oh yea, they have only 20% damage return probability. :)
Let's not forget, they don't give bad status!
Passives:
Physical Attack Power 79% increase @ lvl79
Critical 8 increase @ lvl80
Damage Return Probability 20% | Physical Damage Return Ratio 80% @ lvl80

Dual Axe, on the other hand, is pretty balanced.
Passives:
Physical Attack Power 80% increase @ lvl80 (almost like double damage)
Attack Ratting 31 increase @ lvl80 (and if you have a bard behind...)
Protect = Holy Word passive
Physical Defense 86 increase @ lvl76 (more defense? yes, please!)

So, if you are still wondering what to choose, 1hand or 2hand, just go for the Dual Axe.
I just love the Rush skill. (the spinning thingy)

Dual Axes & Warlocks are still underestimated. Try them, you gonna love them.

Good Luck!

seriously?

dual axe is mediocre attack, mediocre defense
why be mediocre when u can be great with 2h or 1h/shield

and yea dual axe has really crap low % chains, its almost like a blader trying to kill with chains, and if uve ever been hit by those it aint gonna happen unless u get crit a lot or if uve got bleed on for awhile.

bb bleed with holy spell from a cleric which everyone should have on during a guild war.
and as soon as the axes are knocked over or knocked back, the chains have to start over.

and their skills have 15% stun, with the weaker one having 20% stun.

chinese alone have stun starting at 25%.
and if u want to stun someone with quiver (50% probability but deals no damage), well then the time wasted lets the other repot, then ull have to pray for crits in those 5 hit chains.
critical rush? lol 67% each hit.
1h sword doesnt even go below 90.

only way dual axe would work is if u lvl up turn rising from the 2handed series, just for the added 50% damage with the knock down.

But would you say that a cleric sub is better than your previous sub?

Also, since you're lvl 80 and maxed out on dual axes, can you also provide us with information on dual axes final skills?

yes cleric is better than my warlock sub for 2h only and 2h is my main build so i will stick with that, dual axe lvl 80 skill is crutial rush and it is only effective if you have your opponent bleeding. without warlock debuffs i havent been able to kill any pure str glaiver with dual axe, the moves just dont do enough damage and my crit dual axe only is only +5 and 10crit, havent said that though i can still kill some int spears and s/s. if i am the only hunter with a high lvl multistar trader it takes an eternity to kill npc thieves with 2h sword as the skills are too damn slow, so in this regard dual axe is much better.
