I've been thinking of creating a pure int bow build. but i've seen many poeple saying bow builds are pretty useless,
first of all. I'd rather use more of Pacheon skills then elemental nukes, they look nicer :/
if i went pure int, would my damage be good if i used Pacheon skills? such as anti devil bow serius.

Or should i go for a 2int:1str build? or the other way around? :/

A bow aint good for Pure int you can better make a pure Strength or an 70:70 hybrid.
The Pacheon skills are Physiccal damage and Physical damage is Strength based so INT ain't good for pacheon skills.
I recommand to make an Pure Strength if you want to use Pacheon Skills.
I have an 70:70 Bowman and he is doing good but still it's your choice.

Oh, if i went 70:70, it means my balance must be 70:70 right?
if its that way, i guess i'll go 70:70.. and, my mana wouldnt be that low, would it?

Yes its 70:70 Balance and you will have enough of mana more mana then health and when you are higher level you can go for the 80:80 balance with pimped out gear with +x STR and +x INT

ALL chinese race moves do ALOT MORE if you were pure int.
Just PURE STR crits do more.

The reasoning behind pure STR bow is that all bow skills make the chances of a crit extremley high, and that crits double your physical damage ONLY. A 70:70 bow utilizes this same principle, although with more emphasis on magical damage, giving more damage over a period of time, but with lower critical damage.

In short- pure str does for crits (more damage in one shot); 70:70 goes for more mana and overall damage.
