why do the chinese potions take like .5 sec to be reused, but the European potions need like, 8 sec to be reused, i keep dying and i can never heal when i need to, is there a reason why it's like that?

European's pot delay is 15 seconds. There is a pot delay because Europeans are encouraged to have more teamwork, due to them having different classes. Try to team up with a Cleric that can heal you constantly and/or revive you if you die.

and it's to prevent them from being overpowered cause if that's the case then their 1h sword would tank more than a chinese blader lol

If there wasn't a pot delay, I think a 1H could out-tank a Blader AND kill more, >>.

If Euros had 0.5 sec pot delay, you will never see any chinese around. Who wants to be chinese when the euros are all stronger. Instead of glaviers there will be only 2h or rogues. Although, I can see a nuker having some more use simply because of mana shield and shouts.
