iron skin is around 2 minutes, same with mana skin, the screens i don't know, not that high yet :p

Screens last for like half an hour, so recharge doesn't really matter. Iron skin is around 3 mins I think.

Skins (self super def buffs) are both 2 mins.

Screens last 1 minute and are super buffs for others, they are 3 mins I believe, I would have to ask a friend to be sure.

Fances and pain quota are 1-11 sec.

Skins last 45 sec on you
Screens last 60 sec on ally =D
