Anyways I just want to know a few things.
1. Whats the current lvl cap ? And any news if its gonna be raised soon.
2. New skills?
3. What hybrid is 80% mag balanced naked ?

3. 85% = 1:5 iirc. so 1:4 maybe?

I don't know if anything has changed at 100 cap but last I checked (90 cap)

2:1 is 73% mag balance
3:1 is 79% mag balance
5:1 is 85% magic balance
7:1 is 87% magic balance

1. 100, But they are soon going to add Roc, but it won't rise level cap
