80:80 isn't actually 70:70. The added int raises your mag balance to about 85% and your phy balance is somewhere in the 70s. Not sure what the values for 80:80 are.

With maxed blues, 83:80 or 80:85 (phy:mag) is possible.
what should be the best according you? It's better to have a little extra HP or a little extra damage?

IMO,1:1 bower had 85:79 balance 8) so lower mag balance mean take fire for more damage. if 80:85(average blue 79:85) go ice the lack of HP.

I had a feeling that 1:1 fire bow is better than 70:70.

Well its ur choice, i would take more dmg! Because hp will be enough!
