7:1 --- 2:1 can pretty much dismantle anything
7:1 is more of the safety hybrid, decent damage for a bit less life, garms still an option
with 80 light/20 ice the light works out for a much better damage increase than for full str chars.
the 80 light 20 ice thing with garms is good for pve and vs int based chars,
but higher ice for 30% snow would still be an option.

2:1 is more pve based, with great damage but much less survivability,
garms for pve if ice is increased, otherwise always prot.
here the
100 cold/light would work out well for damage,
(possibly still with garments if stuck on pve, otherwise prot)
however,
100 fire/ice could still increase the phys damage a bit and grant overall defence
(garms/prot are an option because of mag+phys defence increase)
