Lighting Hawk better or Blue hawk?

I see a lot of ppl have Lighting Hawk but does 30+ atk rating really make a difference

Lighting Hawk looks cool

Yes, that ~30 attack rating makes a difference. For PvP blue hawk is better by far, at least IMO.

No. Lightning hawk has a fixed attack power. Enemy defence changes its damage normally.

Well in that case, I cant imagine it will do THAT much damage on a blessed or skin'd player. To me, not worth it. I'd rather have every attack I use have a higher damage.
