Ok so my current level is 46, Pure Int Spear, Heuksal 40, Cold 40, Lightning 38, Fire 40
I don't know whether to delevel lightning to 30.. or delevel Cold to minimum snow shield..
I want to do extremely well in pve (as in doing most damage so other players won't steal my kills) and decent in pvp. What build do you guys suggest?

Don't delvl cold, u'll need a higher snow shield. But the rest of the question, i don't quite understand.

should i stick with lightning or fire.. i want to grind as fast as possible against mobs

as fast as possible... unless you can buy speed potions, than you will need a bard or light to be able to grind as fast as possible. You can use light nuke and ghost spear or spear throw moves to finish the mob off. Light will be faster. I'm not that good with spear though. For a pure int, that might be hard to survive the mob. You wil DEF need snow shield. I'd say drop fire and go for light. You won't nuke much though since you will only have 1 strong light nuke. You'll have to rely on using spear moves to finish mobs off and in pvp.

100 fire ice heuksal
as fast as possible..
i'd say lvl light up to 55 and keep it there
(for decent spped increase (+57%) and more mag. attack (+15%))
then proceed with fire/ice and heuksal

this way you will 1 hit kill anything your lvl with the fire nukes and fire imbue
you will have decent speed and the mag. attack +15% will suffice.
next to that, you will have more magical defence and immunity, this will help a great deal in pvp.

only problem will be:
you will have to dlvl your light skill tree after 81 if you want to stay 100 heuksal ice/fire.
meaning
you'd have to live with less and less speed after that and resort to buying drug of wind, having a bard in your party, or just grinding at high spawn areas


if you say you dont need the destructive power of fire and want speed instead, you can go with what Goseki said
