Prolly the best among these at 1vs1 pvping (as long as your enemy is not buffed with holy spell/word). Lacks speed/mobility from lightning and phy def/ice wall from cold.

Best at group pvp and fastest leveling one. Lacks phy def from cold.
Some people say that speed is essential to a bow, so they go with lightning, others say that they don't need speed because they've got range, so they go with cold for extra phy def or force for improved 1vs1 pvp performance. It's all up to what you want, there's
not a best build.
