Do a search dude.
No need to be such a dick.
Wizards lack HP and defense. They're easily killed by mobs and in PVP. Going cleric will give you the option to wear light armor (which will increase your physical defense) and will give you really helpful buffs and healing skills. In PVP, this helps you out so much because it increases your survivability. It will also make tanking giants easier. The cons for going cleric is grinding will be slower and you'll die a lot more.
If you choose bard, you'll have speed and noise at your disposal. This helps a lot while grinding, and speeds up your leveling greatly. With noise, aggro mobs will ignore you making it so much easier to grind on mobs several levels higher than you. It's not impossible to kill giants with a wiz/bard; You just have to know how to use your char to the best of its ability. In PVP, you'll lack the HP and defense that cleric gives you, so you won't survive very long. Even if you know how to use your char, fear and knock back won't always save you. In solo PVP, this build would suck, but in group PVP, you'll fair a little better.
So it really comes down to your playing style. If you like to PVP a lot, cleric would be a good choice for you. If you don't really like to PVP and you want to hunt uniques and level quickly, choose bard. Both subs will do great in parties, so you won't ever have to worry about not finding a good party.
