Not sure exactly what you're asking here.

30 ints = 8:1 str hyb, which basically is hitting similar dmg to pures. Imo you could stay glaive, or go bow, doesn't matter much.

30 int isnt such a big problem I would go: 90heuksel/90 fire 70cold/50light you can use a great snow shield then and u have more phy defence speed is 73% if you wear garment.
u story is like the 5:1 build which isnt a bad build.

Well, right now that char's around 91% phy/ 37% mag balances naked, which is decent. 10 lvls is 30 pnts available to be distributed (from 80~90).
I'd recommend going pure str to Lv90, which'll leave you 92% phy/ 35% mag balances naked; with full blues (66/66 for both str/int, will give 132/132; 6 lesser for str/int since you're using glaive atm) you'll have 104% phy/ 53% mag balances. Even with full HP (600 ea; 1800 total) blues added to head, chest, and legs, combined with the Heuksal Lv9 passive, you'll have about 28631 HP.
Your crits might be less, but the crit damage won't be THAT noticeable. However, you'll also do more overall damage with your skills (combined with imbue that is).

Iunno if bow is the best choice for hybrids; I've seen some really good str hybrid glaives, blades, and bows. One of the best non-sosun glaives back on Oasis @ 80 cap was a Str hybrid (dun remember his balances exactly though), <3 OTTAMUS.
