Well you've got a lot of different options here.
The Mr. Fudge perfect 90 cap build:
Pure Str, Bow90, Fire90, Cold72, Light48 =605K SP*The standard bow build on Olympus:
Bow90, Light90, Fire90, cold30 =698K SP
Force Bow
Bow90 Fire90 Force90 Cold30 =712K SP**
*The skill calculating I did included the basics + ice wall, firewall, detect skills. Does not include autum arrow, or the attack rating hawk.
**No Natural Therapy Series, Self heal, Team Heal, Or Force Cure.

Ice72 gives you significantly more physical defense, as well as the ability to use a high level of snow shield if there is a bard around. The only significant thing you lose from light being 48 instead of 90, is speed, which you can compensate for via Drug of typhoon. The parry ratio decrease would be more than made up for from the ice increase. You could also include the Ice Imbue to freeze non-cleric sub euros, and even nukers at 100cap that choose to go 100blade 100light 100cold.
The Copypasta bow build

Less tanking than the fudge build, but your also a lot faster and deal like 1-2% more damage. This build is even more costly on SP, and doesn't allow you to have a decent icewall or a good snow. But, you do run really fast and can grind easier.
The Force Bow

This build would be for PvP. Debuffs will assist you with dealing the damage, and the KB chain will help you stay alive. If the enemy has holy word/spell on, then force won'tw be a ton of help. Also, the Cure thearapy series will allow you to remove debuffs quickly, such as bleed from bladers etc. In PvE, light0 means your slow, and it would cost a ton of money to be able to use typhoon drugs while grinding. Very good in party play.
My big problem with this build though...
Bow doesn't get good till you get the KB chain at like 74 I think.
Force
60-Decent
70-Better
80-Good
90-Epic
This is due to the new debuffs, and force bowers don't really surpass the other bow builds until 80.
